This is a 75-minute class.
This class combines the most effective stand-up fighting strategies from Kickboxing, Karate, Kempo, Traditional Boxing and Muay Thai techniques. Expect glove and shin pad boxing, kicking drills, low kick shields, heavy bag work and fitness training.
